The Pancheri Addition was developed in the 1970s as the western side of town was expanding due to the growth of the labortory site in the desert. Homes were built thoughout the 1970s and 1980s.

Location

The Pancheri Addition is bounded by Pancheri to the North, it abutts Blue Ridge Estates on the West and bounded on the East side by the Battlecreek Canal. The neighborhood enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91.

Features

Nestled in the heart of the West side, residents of this neighborhood enjoy the close proximity to the schools.

Homes

Home styles has a variety and single and multi-level homes with two-car garages and fenced yards on largely 1/4 acre lots.

Heating is in this neighborhood is electric  – typically either cadet or electric ceiling heat.
