Spring Creek is was developed as the City of Idaho Falls continued to grow in the 1990s.
Location
Spring Creek is South of Sunnyside and West of Woodruff/St. Clair, with an entrance from Sunnyside as well as from St Clair. The neighborhood enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91.
Features
Homes in this neighborhood are typically situated on up to 1/4 acre lots. Homes were built in the 1990s and the neighborhood consists of single family homes with a small handful of townhomes toward St Clair. Spring Creek is typically a ‘move-up’ area of town and prices run pretty well in line with the average pricing in town.
Homes
Home are typical in size and finishes for the area. Styles vary and include multi-level homes and single story homes. Single story homes feature a full basement. Most feature a two-car garage and fenced yards are prelevant. Homes in this neighborhood were built by a variety of builders. Many of these homes have enjoyed cosmetic upgrades in recent years to run with current styling.
Heating is in this neighborhood is a mixture of electric and gas forced air, depending on when the home was build. Central air conditioning is not typical in this area.
