Ironwood Estates was developed in the 1990s and remains today a popular neighborhood with west-siders.

Mill Run is located South of 17th S, North of Pancheri and West of Bellin Rd. The neighborhood enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91.

Westside Elementary School is located within the Mill Run neighborhood and home now enjoy the mature landscaping that 20+ years brings to a neighborhood.
