Linden Trails is one of the newest subdivisions to join the West side of Idaho Falls in 2018!

Location

Linden Trails is located West of Bellin Road and North of Pancheri and West of Bellin Rd. The neighborhood enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91.

Linden Trails is a mixed community of single family and two-story townhomes and is in demand as one of the newest neighborhoods on the West side.

Home styles are typically singlel level with three-car garages and fenced yards on 1/4 acre lots. Townhomes benefit from the HOA maintining the front yard landscaping.
