St. Clair Estates was developed in the early 2000s and building continued through 2020.

Location

St. Clair Estates is South of Sunnyside and East of Woodruff/St. Clair, with two entrances from St Clair. The neighborhood enjoys all city services. Is also one of the few neighborhoods withing Idaho Falls city limits to attend D93 schools, therefore check your school boundaries!

Features

Homes in this neighborhood are typically situated on up to 1/4 acre lots. The neighborhood features a green space/park with playground equipment in the SW corner of the neighborhood.

Homes

Home styles are largely single story homes with some two-story homes also present. All feature a full basement. Like most newer neighborhoods in the area, most homes feature a three-car garage and fenced yards are common. Homes in this neighborhood were built by a variety of builders.

Heating is in St Clair Estates is typically gas forced air and central air conditioning is common.
