Westridge was developed in the 1990s and functioned as a gateway to the desert site for INL workers.

Location

Westridge is located South of Broadway across from the end of the airport and it’s entrance is from Broadway. The neighborhood enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91.

Features

Westridge has a variety of single family and twin homes, most on smaller lots. It is near the Idaho Falls Soccer Complex across Broadway, which boasts over 12 fields and 76 acres!

Homes

Home styles vary from single to multi-level homes and twin homes, most have two-car garages and fenced yards on less than 1/4 acre lots. 

Heating is in this neighborhood is either electric cadet heat.
