Location
The Village is located North of Broadway and West of the airport and airfield. It’s two main entrances are from 26th West and there is a norther entrance from 17th N. The neighborhood enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91.
Features
The Village has a variety of homes from mid-entry level to mid-range market, single family homes. It is buffered from the airport land by the Idaho Falls Soccer Complex which boasts over 12 fields and 76 acres!
Homes
Home styles vary from single to multi-level homes, two and three-car garages and most have fenced yards on approximately 1/4 acre lots.
Heating is in this neighborhood is either electric cadet heat or gas forced air, depending on the age, and central air conditioning is common in newer homes.
