Burlwood was developed in the 1990s and remains today a popular neighborhood with west-siders.

Location

Burlwood is located South of 17th S, East of Bellin Rd with an entrance from Bellin Rd. The neighborhood enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91.

Features

Fox Hollow Elementary School is right around the corner from the Burlwood neighborhood and homes now enjoy the mature landscaping that 20+ years brings to a neighborhood.

Home styles are typically mulit-level homes with two-car garages and fenced yards on 1/4 acre lots.
