Ironwood Estates was developed in the 1900s by Homestead Construction, and most homes were also built by Homestead.

Ironwood Estates is located South of 17th S and West of Grizzly Ave. The neighborhood enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91.
Features
Ironwood Estates remains an in-demand entry-level/move-up neighborhood on the West side within walking distance to schools.
