Granite Creek is one of the newest subdivisions in the City of Ammon and is still enjoying further development and building.

Location

Granite Creek is located off 49th South East of Hitt Road, with its entrance from 49th.The neighborhood enjoys all Ammon city services students attend D93 schools.

Features

This neighborhood location is convenient to the Hitt Road shopping district and  the Sandcreek Commons shopping center, as well as a hop, skip and a jump across Hitt Road to Sandcreek Golf Course.

Homes

Home styles are large and typically single story homes on larger lots of approximately 1/3 acre. Three-car garages are standard and most feature fenced yards.
