Stone Creek Estates began in 2005 and the current division is completed.

Location

Stone Creek is North of 49th S West of Hitt Road and has one entrance is from 49th South. The neighborhood enjoys all city services and is one of the few neighborhoods within the Idaho Falls city limits to attend D93 schools.

Features

Homes in this neighborhood are typically situated on approximately 1/4 acre lots. It is close to the Sand Creek Golf Course across 49th S and the shopping district on Hitt Road.

Homes styles are largley single story with a basement, with a few two-story and multi-level homes peppered in. All feature a full basement and most have a three-car garage. Homes in this neighborhood were built by a variety of builders.

Heating is in this neighborhood is gas forced air and central air conditioning is typical in this area.
