Canterbury Park is a completed subdivion that enjoys larger ‘estate’ type homes and generous lot sizes. The neighborhood has covenants in place and an HOA.
Location
Canterbury Park is located South of Sunyside and West of Holmes Ave with it’s entrance off Holmes Ave. It is abutted to the West by the Stonebrook subdivision. The neighborhood enjoys all city services and resides within the Idaho Falls School District 91 and is within walking distance of the popular Sunnyside Elementary school and Taylorview Jr. High.
Features
The lots in the neighborhood are typically 1/2 to 3/4 of an acre – one of the few subdivisions in Idaho Falls that boasts this size lot. The neighborhood enjoys two large water retention areas for drainage and which double as greenspace for the neighborhood.
