The Country Club neighborhood is officially known as Holiday Hills. Development first began in the 1970s and expansion continues today into the 2020s.

Location

Holiday Hills is located to the South of Idaho Falls in the foothills between Hitt Road and St Clair Road. Its entrance is from Olympic Ave off 113th S. The neighborhood is located outside of city limits (in the county).

Features

Homes in this neighborhood are typically situated on up to 1/4 to 1/3 acre lots. Properties benefit from a community well and public sewer system. It is not necessary to be a member of the Country Club to live here, neither does owning property come with club membership. Club membership is open to the public, although you do need to be a member to golf.

Homes

There is a large variety of homes styles present in the neighborhood, many of which were custom built, from single to multi-level, to Spanish-style. Two- to three-car garages are prevelant depending on the age of the home. Homes in this neighborhood were built by a variety of builders and several on the West side of the division back to the golf course.

Heating is in this neighborhood is typically gas forced air and central air conditioning is typical in newer homes here.
